What Have I Done? by Sherry Perkins
OMG! What have I done? I ask myself that a lot—more so since I’ve become a writer—because really, what did I just do? Its corollary, of course, is what were you thinking. Writing a book, jeez. Are you a glutton for punishment?
Five Star Reviews
Rhett Bishop is now an agent for Redclaw Security but has a lot to prove after her fiasco in the Hamptons. Her new assignment should make her happy and it would have if it didn’t involve her working with Peter Knight and posing as a married couple. The situation between the two has not progressed and now she will be sharing a house and bed with him. Refusing would not bode well and so she, Peter, her trusty ray gun and her little terrier Champion who when the right word is said turns into a dinosaur set off for Forest Grove.
Geneva Ericksen learned as a young child that she had a powerful psychic gift, a gift that her entire family had but her gift can kill and it did just that when two men came to her home demanding her mom’s crystals and then shot and killed her. It was then at the age of five that all her psychic abilities exploded and she killed the man who shot her mother. Now she works for CMW, the government’s Cognitive Mind Unit and she is about to get a new partner, a partner she doesn’t want to be near.
Gabriel Quenterra and Valor Addis have been skirting around their feelings for each for long enough so this may be the book to end that nonsense. Gabriel is the alpha of the local wolf pack, an agent for the Federal Paranormal Unit and a drangel so needless to say he has a full plate and there is no room for a relationship but when Valor disappears after being attacked he knows he can no longer hide how he feels that is if he is lucky enough to get him back alive.
Another country, another fire maiden and another story filled with shifters, amazing characters and romance. This is Holly Jennings and Lachlan McKenney’s story both dragon shifters and like all the previous ones it is a story I couldn’t wait to read.
